There is nothing like a building like this one, full of stories, to make you dream and offer a memorable experience. The theme of CULTURE has been chosen to be reflected in the different areas of the hotel.

For the decor, a beautiful Gastronomes library & portraits of artists judiciously chosen adorn the walls. Noble and woody tones bring a touch of softness and warmth to make you feel "at home".

A creative and evolving menu is proposed each month, according to the seasons and inspiration. Served in a friendly and relaxed setting.

At lunchtime, from Tuesday to Saturday, the Market Menu (starter, main course, dessert) can be served in 45 minutes; the daily special in 15 minutes. A great place to eat well when time is short. 

In the evening, the seasonal menu is offered.

The Bar des philosophes offers a lounge-jazzy atmosphere for the aperitif or the digestif at the end of the evening.
